Three luxury hotel options in Vietnam

With the Government of Vietnam confirming a three-year extension of its visa exemption programme for UK passport holders, there’s never been a better time to check out what this enticing destination has to offer meeting and incentive planners. From bustling Ho Chi Minh city to tranquil Danang, we check out three luxury hotel options for groups…

Hyatt Regency Danang Resort
Situated on a tranquil stretch of white sandy beach, at the gateway to the vibrant city of Danang, Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa is an ideal base to explore the exotic charms of Central Vietnam for meetings and incentive groups. Close to the heritage town of Hoi An, the hotel comprises 198 guestrooms and suites, 160 one-to-three bedroom residences, and 22 three-bedroom villas – all with gorgeous sea views.

Guests can dine throughout the day at Green House, enjoy authentic local Vietnamese dishes or Western comfort food at Pool House and savour seafood and grilled cuisine on the beach at Beach House. Organisers can hold conferences or receptions for up to 250 guests in the elegant Regency Ballroom or entertain guests in picturesque beachfront venues.

Hotel des Arts Saigon – MGallery Collection
Part of Accor Hotels MGallery Collection, this chic, yet locally inspired five-star hotel is located in Ho Chi Minh’s vibrant city centre just minutes away from the main tourist attractions, popular bars, local cafes, shopping centres and entertainment complexes. The property features 168 rooms and suites, stylish restaurants, a rooftop pool bar, spa, fitness centre, garden, terrace, two meeting rooms and a ballroom with capacity for up to 120 theatre or banquet-style.

Located on level 23, the Social Club serves handcrafted drinks from an extensive range of spirits, fine wines and Champagnes alongside modern European cuisine prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients. Its exclusive atmosphere and spectacular city views makes it one of the hottest destination bars in Saigon.

Anantara Quy Nhon Villas
Located in a secluded bay in south central Vietnam, this new property will offer 26 one- and two-bedroom ocean-facing villas ensconced amidst 7.2 hectares of landscaped tropical gardens when it opens in November. The third luxury resort in Vietnam from Anantara Hotels and Resorts is designed to seamlessly blend into the natural environment. Spacious villas with their sleek timber and granite sundecks, minimalist plunge pools and extended low overhang roofs have a fresh, contemporary feel.

With a focus on personalised service, each villa at the new resort will come with dedicated butler services and a range of customisable luxury amenities such as preferred room scent ranging from exotic lemongrass to refreshing green tea, Anantara signature soap collection and in-villa wine cellar stocked with fine vintages and delicatessen. The dining outlets at Anantara Quy Nhon will celebrate the abundant local seafood and regional flavours.
