Le Grand Hotel Cannes is justifiably proud of its one Michelin-starred Le Park 45, which offers a stylish dining room and inviting terrace where a fine dining experience awaits.

After an appetiser in Le Cercle bar, enjoy the ambience of the Côte d’Azur and the cuisine of celebrated head chef Christophe Poard and chef pâtissier Pascal Picasse.

Together, the two passionate culinary craftsmen have created a contemporary menu which captures regional flavours and places local produce at the heart of the dishes.

For the ultimate gastronomic experience, opt for the epicurean eight-course menu, which starts with smoked beef tartare and seared langoustines and is followed by crab ravioli and oysters in a Ruinart champagne soup. The final sweet conclusion, created by Picasse, provides a memorable endnote for the most discerning foodie.
