Criteria

  • Actively planning international high-end incentives, corporate experiences and meetings, retreats and events.
  • Corporate event planners, incentive houses, full-service events agencies, live experience agencies and venue finding agencies.
  • Senior management decision makers and recommenders.

What you get

Buyer Partners receive a 2 and a half day programme including: 

  • 1 diary of preference based one-to-one meetings with luxury hotels and destination experiences
  • 1 entry to the inSIGHTS conference and educational session
  • 3 official networking parties
  • 2 official networking lunches
  • 3 nights’ accommodation including breakfast
  • Return flights to Porto from selected hubs
  • Return airport transfers from Porto airport
  • Optional regional familiarisation trips

HOSTING FEE:
A £275 hosting fee will apply once your application has been accepted.

All delegates are required to complete an online application, providing details of their business and references to qualify for inVOYAGE.  Due to limited places available, meeting the criteria alone unfortunately will not automatically qualify your attendance.
