This June, the luxurious Langham London will open up its doors and kitchen cupboards to budding chefs and cookery enthusiasts, inviting them in to have fun learning some of the trade secrets of the finest chefs in the capital.
Sauce by The Langham is a new cookery school which combines a large kitchen filled with the very finest equipment plus a stylish setting the a talented team of chefs on hand to help their guests acquire new culinary skills while sharing some of their hard-earned secrets.
Created for everyone from total novices to accomplished cooks alike, the cookery classes are lead by experts and professional chefs, and include full day master classes or shorter ‘Building Block’ courses to learn new techniques including knife skills and making stocks and sauces.
The full day experiences include behind-the-scenes insights from the in-house team, including executive pastry chef Andrew Gravett who runs the ‘Palm Court’ master class, where guests can spend the day immersed in the treats and traditions of British afternoon tea, learning all the key techniques required to serve up a classic high tea at home.
The Langham London is attending inVOYAGE 2019 on 6-9 October in Monaco.
