Experience This… Studio Drift in Amsterdam

Amsterdam’s leading luxury lifestyle hotel, Conservatorium, has joined forces with its neighbouring museum Stedelijk, to create an arts package to delight guests on a culture trip.

The keenly-anticipated Coded Nature exhibition, created by renowned Dutch duo Studio Drift, will be showcased this summer, exploring the boundaries of tech, art and nature, and to celebrate this, their works will be displayed in the property’s suites.

Dandelight, the multidisciplinary light sculpture, will be displayed in the Grand Duplex Suite, which overlooks the Stedelijk Museum itself while guests can immersive themselves further in the artists work with private studio access and a guided tour.

The Coded Nature exhibition will feature the largest-ever installation of Studio Drift’s Fragile Future design, a series of light sculptures of dandelion heads individually lit by LED plus the Fragile Future Chandelier 3.5 and a floating concrete monolith.

The hotel is set within Museum Square, the cultural heart of the city, and is housed inside an elegant heritage building, which has embraced a contemporary makeover to welcome discerning travellers. In addition to a number of restaurants, a bar and lounge, the hotel features the Akasha Holistic Wellbeing Facility, which is guaranteed to delight during downtime.

Come and meet with The Conservatorium at inVOYAGE 2018 in Ras Al Khaimah on 1-4 October.
