Elizabeth is the managing director, founder and driving force behind OrangeDoor. With a unique skillset in PR, events and integrated marketing across multiple sectors, Elizabeth brings invaluable knowledge to all of our campaigns along with injecting a sense of fun and excitement into everything we do. Her personal attention to our clients’ needs goes beyond what’s expected and it has become her trademark.

Elizabeth’s experience in technology has been at the heart of OrangeDoor since its foundation in 2000, working with Dell EMC for over 15 years, with Cisco for over 7 years, and being instrumental in bringing Cubic Transportation Systems’s PR and marketing accounts to OrangeDoor.

Elizabeth has been at the forefront of Dell EMC’s business, from EMEA communications and media engagement plans, to global C-suite events. In 2015, the OrangeDoor team took over the Natural History Museum and transformed it into a Future Ready Business event for over 1,000 Dell EMC’s customers and partners.

Elizabeth’s work with Cisco supported the PAN EMEA Regional Communications Manager, to deliver communications plans and strategic events in the region. Further, OrangeDoor’s partnerships have given the opportunity for joint marketing activities with both Intel and Microsoft.

Before founding OrangeDoor, Elizabeth was responsible for the initial planning and concept through to execution and evaluation of a number of high-profile product launches as well as crisis communications strategies surrounding the withdrawal of products from the pharmaceutical market. Her work involved engaging with senior clinicians and thought leaders to develop thought-provoking media coverage and events; she deployed recognised methods such as symposiums and clinical publications but frequently supplemented these with novel tactics to ensure real impact.

Elizabeth has extensive experience in pharmaceutical PR, with 13 years as a healthcare PR account director across a range of therapeutic areas in POMs, OTC and cosmeceuticals prior to establishing OrangeDoor. The EMEA launches of Nurofen® for Boots Healthcare International and Botox™ for Allergan following its approval for the treatment of dystonias are just two of many campaigns conceived and delivered by Elizabeth.
