Your application forms part of an important process in helping us understand your business and frequency of high-end events. Please complete the information thoroughly and accurately so that we can process everything as quickly as possible.
We will normally notify you by email within 2 days to confirm if your application has been successful and you will be asked to confirm your participation.
Please note, this is a non-refundable registration fee and should be made within 2 weeks of your acceptance email. Cancellation fees do apply and can be found in the Terms & Conditions.
Your participation at inVOYAGE includes:
Flights (from selected ports)
Accommodation at the official host hotel
Return transfers from Porto airport to the host hotel
Return transfers to all official events
Food and beverage at all official networking events
40 (approx.) scheduled meetings
Participation in the education programme
Unless prior alternative arrangements are agreed in writing with the inVOYAGE team all delegates are required to attend the full event programme.
