Think of Dubai, and images of luxury hotels such as the iconic Burj Al Arab and Atlantis Palm Dubai come to mind. And while the city has been working hard to ensure it offers a broad range of accommodation options to meet all kinds of budgets, it doesn’t mean there aren’t still incredible new properties being built. The first few months of 2017 have seen Dubai cross the 104,000 hotel room mark, with many of them in the latest luxury, five-star hotels that have opened in the city.
Among them is Address Boulevard, the newest property from home-grown developer Emaar Hospitality Group, and a sister property to the Address Dubai Mall and Address Dubai Marina. With 196 rooms and suites, it sits just minutes away from the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, and Dubai Mall, the world’s largest mall. As well as putting guests in the heart of the action in terms of entertainment and attractions, it’s also minutes away from the Dubai World Trade Centre, the region’s largest events venue, while also having impressive business events facilities in its own right, with ballrooms, meeting rooms and boardrooms.
For planners looking for something a little more away from the heart of the city, the Viceroy Palm Dubai is another new option. A contemporary resort with 468 spacious guest rooms and suites, it sits on the iconic Palm Jumeirah and features a hundred-metre long pool and beach club. While relaxing on the beach and by the pool are very much on the cards there, it also has extensive business events options, including a stunning ballroom at the top of the property with spectacular views across the city.
Dubai Business Events will be at inVOYAGE 2017.
