Where do I see the details of my 1:1 meetings?
You will see the details and timings of your 1:1 meetings along with table numbers in the ‘My Schedule’ module in the App.
Arrival Transfers
For arrival transfers taking place on the 26th & 27th September, these will be organised by our DMC partner Event Makers, please look out for the inVOYAGE signage. Arrival transfers outside of these dates, will be handled by the Myconian Collection directly. For guests staying at other hotels pre-event, you will need to make your own transfer arrangements to the Myconian Collection for the 27th September.
Where do I check-in?
For everyone arriving on 27th September will be dropped off at The Imperial Hotel to collect your name badge and welcome pack from the inVOYAGE welcome desk before heading to your hotel to check-in ahead of the Welcome Reception. Official check-in time is 3pm, so please bear in mind, depending on your arrival time, your room may not be ready straight away. If you have booked additional nights pre-event dates, your transfer will drop you at your hotel and this is where you will check-in.
How do I sign-up for Sunrise Yoga and where do we meet?
You can sign-up at the inVOYAGE welcome desk at The Imperial Hotel on arrival or alternatively email alice@invoyage.net to confirm your place. Yoga mats will be provided. Please meet in The Royal Hotel Lobby at 6:00am where the yoga instructor will guide you to the Myconian Collection Chapel.
Do I need to wear my badge at all times during the event?
Yes.
Where are my meetings?
Your meetings will take place in the Celebrities & Meltemi Restaurants at The Imperial Hotel. Both Restaurants will be sign-posted with which table numbers will be in each room and staff will be on hand to guide you to your table.
What time do meetings start and finish?
Saturday Meetings: 9am - 12:30pm
Sunday Meetings: 9am - 13:00pm
What aspects of the programme are optional?
The Sunrise Yoga and Breakfast are optional. The rest of your time is diarised, along with free time.
Can my partner/ family member participate in the event?
No, only inVOYAGE delegates will be permitted into any of the events.
Can I get the guest list contact details?
Contact details are visible in the guest list on each attendee’s profile. All inVOYAGE guests agree to share these contact details as part of their participation in the event and comply with GDPR / data privacy. We are not able to provide spreadsheet data.
What do I do if someone I want to meet is not in my 1:1 Schedule?
There are multiple open networking sessions throughout the programme for all guests to meet and talk. If you would like help, please feel free to ask one of the inVOYAGE team to facilitate an introduction.
Do I need to bring business cards?
This is a personal choice. All contact details will be shared in the App.
What if I miss the transfers to / from Activities & Evening Events?
All event transfers will depart from the lobby of the Hotel you are staying in at the time stated on the event agenda, so please be prompt. Please try not to miss your transfers, as it is very important that we manage the group safely. However, if you do miss your transfer, you will be responsible for your own transportation. Taxis are available at your own cost.
Am I responsible for the cost of extras/incidental expenditure?
Yes.
Travel Insurance
InVOYAGE does not cover your travel insurance or hotel extras. Please check you are fully covered.
What currency do they use in Greece?
Euros.
What plug type do they use in Greece?
EU Standard. Greece has 220V electricity. Please ensure any chargers you are using can adapt to this voltage.
Where do I check-out?
You will need to check-out at the Main Reception of the hotel you are staying in and settle any outstanding extra nights or additional charges by 11am on the day you are departing.
Departure Transfers
Departure transfers on the 30th September will take place from your hotel ahead of your flight, your prescheduled departure time and information will be available to collect from the info desk. Transfers will not be arranged if you are staying at alternative hotels after the 30th September. The Myconian Collection will manage the departure transfers for anyone staying on at the Myconian Collection after the 30th September.
Making connections outside of your meeting schedule?
During the event, you can show interest in delegates that you are not already prescheduled to meet by going onto their profile in the Guest List and clicking the ‘show interest’ button. You will appear in their ‘interested in you’ list in the app. Once this person reciprocates their interest, you will become a ‘connection’ and can chat through the app during the event. You will also be able to export your connections list via desktop (computer / laptop). All the people you have confirmed meetings with, in your meeting schedule will automatically be a connection and show in your ‘my connections’ list.
Can I export my Meeting Schedule?
Yes, you can export your meeting schedule by logging in on desktop (computer / laptop), clicking on your profile and selecting 'Export' in the left hand panel. It will then give you the option to either export your meeting schedule or export your connections.
