a step-by-step guide to making your
meeting preferences
Instructions
① Please login using the details provided in your email and change your password to something memorable.
② Complete the onboarding steps.
③ Explore your homepage and the list of ‘Buyer Pertners’ or ‘Travel Partners’ who will be joining you at inVOYAGE.
④ When going through the delegate list, please select the inVOYAGERS you would like to meet with.
You can choose between “Must Meet” and “Meet” depending on your priorities.
⑤ Please make a minimum of 25 “Must Meet” preferences and a minimum of 15 “Meet” preferences.
⑥ You can review your preferences in “My Must Meet List” and “My Meet List” in the navigation menu on the left hand side.
If you would like to change your preferences, simply deselect the “Must Meet” or “Meet” button on the profile of the delegate who you no longer feel fits with your priorities.
You can then make alternative selections to top-up your meeting preferences in the “Buyer Partner” or “Travel Partner” section.
