Where do I see the details of my 1:1 meetings?
‘My Schedule’ tab in the App, including table numbers.
Arrival Transfers
06-08 February - transfers are provided by our DMC Partner, Passion Brazil, to the Host Hotel Fairmont Copacabana only. Please look out for inVOYAGE signage.
For guests staying at other hotels pre-event, you will need to make your own transfer arrangements to the Fairmont Copacabana for 08 February.

Do I need to wear my badge at all times during the event?
Yes.
When do my meetings start and end?
Sunday Meetings: 9:00 - 13:00
Monday Meetings: 14:00 - 17:00
Please ensure you attend ALL your meetings.
Where are my meetings?
4th floor, ‘Rio de Janeiro’ meeting room, Fairmont Copacabana. Signage, table numbers, and inVOYAGE staff are on-hand.
What aspects of the programme are optional?
The Optional Beach Activities. The rest of your time is diarised, along with free time.
Can my partner / family member participate in the event?
No, only registered inVOYAGE delegates are permitted to attend the event.
Can I get the guest list contact details?
Contact details are visible in the guest list on each attendee’s profile. All inVOYAGE guests agree to share these contact details as part of their participation in compliance with data privacy. We are not permitted to provide spreadsheet data.
What do I do if someone I want to meet is not in my 1:1 Schedule?
There are multiple open-networking sessions throughout the programme. If you would like help finding someone, please ask one of the inVOYAGE team to facilitate an introduction.
Do I need to bring business cards?
This is a personal choice. All contact details are available in the App.
What if I miss my transfer to / from the Activities and / or Evening Events?
All event transfers will depart from the Ground Floor of the hotel at the time stated on the event agenda, so please be prompt.
Please try not to miss your transfers, for the sake of group safety.
If you do miss your transfer, you will be responsible for your own transportation - taxis will be at your own cost.
Am I responsible for the cost of extras / incidental expenditure?
Yes - the hotel will require a credit card at check-in for incidentals.
Travel Insurance
inVOYAGE does not cover your travel insurance or hotel extras. Please ensure you are fully covered.
What currency do they use in Rio?
The currency of Brazil is the real (plural: reais), represented by the symbol R$ and the currency code BRL. International cards are widely accepted in Brazil, including to withdraw reais directly from ATMs.
What plug type do they use in Rio?
The electrical current in Rio de Janeiro is 110 or 120 volts. The sockets are type N, with three round pins. It is recommended to bring a universal adapter if you are going to use electrical appliances from other countries. Many hotels and buildings have alternative sockets for 220 volts.
Where do I check out?
6th floor, Main Reception at the Fairmont Copacabana. Please ensure you settle any additional charges before 12:00 on the day you are departing.
Departure Transfers
Departure transfers on 11th and 12th February will take place from the Fairmont Copacabana ahead of your flight.
Your prescheduled departure time and information will be provided from the inVOYAGE Info Desk on Monday 10 February from midday.
Transfers will not be arranged if you are staying at alternative hotels after 11th February or if you are staying at the Fairmont Copacabana past the 12th.
Making connections outside of your meeting schedule?
During the event, you can show interest in delegates that you are not already prescheduled to meet by going onto their profile in the Guest List and clicking the ‘show interest’ button.
You will appear in their ‘interested in you’ list in the app. Once this person reciprocates their interest, you will become a ‘connection’ and can chat through the app during the event.
You will also be able to export your connections list via desktop (computer / laptop). All the people you have confirmed meetings with, in your meeting schedule, will automatically be a connection and show in your ‘my connections’ list.
Can I export my Meeting Schedule?
Yes, you can export your meeting schedule by logging in on your desktop (computer / laptop), clicking on your profile and selecting 'Export' in the left-hand panel. It will then give you the option to either export your meeting schedule or export your connections.
