BEHIND THE SCENES: inVOYAGE x MYKONOS ‘24

Recap required or FOMO setting in ???

If you couldn’t be with us, want to explore further details, or just feel like reliving inVOYAGE x Mykonos ‘24, take a dive in...

Over 260 representatives from the world’s finest luxury hotels, DMCs, CVBs and event professionals have returned home following another sensational inVOYAGE – packed with unique experiences, incredible shared moments and a full complement of new opportunities for our inVOYAGERS to seize and benefit from.

Our final event of the year was a Mediterranean adventure to the island of Mykonos. Known for its jet-set appeal and party atmosphere, the global mix of partners descended on this paradise in the Aegean for the “inVOYAGE Big Weekender”.

When putting together an inVOYAGE event, we focus on our core principles and purpose:

  1. Connecting destination specialists and the world’s finest hotels with highly qualified corporate and agency events decision makers.

  2. Creating a unique and intimate environment for business leading to ROI.

  3. Showcasing the best of the destination to inspire events professionals.

  4. Creating unforgettable moments to promote continual networking and business relationship building.

It feels like the island of Mykonos and the Myconian Collection has almost been crafted with luxury incentives and events in mind.

Let us make you feel part of the action as we whisk you behind the scenes of our biggest ever event – and discover what sets inVOYAGE apart from other networking events.

Myconian Collection

Currently comprising 14 luxury lifestyle hotels across the island of Mykonos, this family owned collection delivers for both boutique and larger scale incentives and events.

Six of the hotels, soon to be seven, are clustered across the hillside looking down on Elia Beach and this idyllic bay, where we ran inVOYAGE x Mykonos ‘21 three years ago with the Royal Myconian Hotel serving as our event hub.

Returning to this breathtaking resort on Elia Beach, it is apparent that the location of this cluster offers a real serenity and seclusion, whilst still exuding the DNA of the island. Each hotel adopts a differing characteristic inspired by their in-house designer and the soft brands they belong to, including LHW, Design Hotels, Relais & Chateaux, Preferred, and SLH.

Rising up the hillside, passing beautiful hotel after beautiful hotel (and two private helipads), it’s clear that this collection was important to share with our inVOYAGERS.

So how to make the most of this idyllic surrounding? Our inVOYAGE activations were dispersed amongst the various properties that adorn this corner of the island, with 1:1 meetings, poolside networking, evening receptions – and of course, some well-earned free time.

Welcome Reception (The Avaton)

The Avaton played host to the opening night of inVOYAGE x Mykonos. Set against the backdrop of the twinkling infinity pool and starlit sky in the heart of the Myconian resort, the evening was a whirlwind of flying canapes and champagne on tap (thanks to the team at Pommery Champagne) - in addition to iconic dancers and strobe lighting to make the night truly special.

Sunrise Yoga (Myconian Chapel)

Perched next to the Myconian Chapel, delegates from all around the world met in the early hours of the morning to take part in a sunrise yoga session with island native, Mikaela. Going from stretching in complete darkness to watching the sun peer around the hills behind the chapel was a magical way to start the day (for those brave enough to answer the call of the alarm).

1:1 Meetings (Imperial)

With room for 125 tables across their two restaurants (Celebrities and Meltemi) as well as panoramic breakout terraces for additional conversations, Imperial provided the perfect venue for our meetings and workshops during the three days. It helped play a big role in creating the right atmosphere for productive conversations for all our delegates.

Mykonos Town Evening

Deos Hotel

When you need a venue to top-off a busy day of meetings and workshops, plus serve as a prelude to an evening of adventure and Myconian nightlife, the panoramic deck and splendour of Deos could not have been more appropriate. Greeted by a parade of staff, each more friendly than the previous, the grandeur of the venue strikes you immediately. With its clean, natural design, you sense the peace and tranquility that is fostered by the halls of this property – accented so eloquently by the warm lighting (both natural and otherwise).

Kissed with the most picturesque sunset over the Aegean Sea, this luxury property provided a stunning arena for networking (in addition to gazing in awe across the portside town). Pair this with delicious poolside nibbles and a chorus of traditional Greek dancers, it was an elegant evening that helped recharge, invigorate and perfectly capture what Mykonos can be for so many – a chance to remove oneself from the digital realm and embrace the beauty of the island and genuine human connection.

Final Night

the world famous ‘NAMMOS’ BEACH CLUB

When marrying ‘luxury’, ‘incentives’, and ‘events’, it is impossible to envision a location more apropos to conclude our Myconian adventure than the globally renowned Nammos World on Psarou Beach. Arriving in this playground for the affluent (just a 20 minute journey from Elia Beach), we were guided through a selection of stores, reserved only for the most sophisticated clientele. Chanel. Dior. Fendi. Bvlgari-Rolex. Louis Vuitton before indulging in an array of cocktails in time for sunset.

A perfectly timed moment of reflection was shared as the attendees were treated to a highlight video, capturing the best moments of the event, and a tribute to inVOYAGE’s 10-year anniversary – celebrating not just the end of another successful event, but a decade of unforgettable connections and experiences.

The night came alive with a mesmerising fire dancer performance, followed by a stunning fireworks display launched from a boat in the bay, lighting up the sky in a breathtaking show. The energy soared as the live band, brought by Pro Events, took the stage, entertaining guests as they enjoyed drinks from the beach bar.

Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration, Nammos Beach Club promises to deliver an unmatched combination of elegance, exclusivity, and unforgettable moments – a venue that truly embodies the spirit of Mykonos luxury.
