Checking In: Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opera

The super stylish Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opera, set between the Opera Garnier and the Place Vendome has occupied a majestic place in Parisian life for more than 150 years.

Built in 1863, the property was once the home of the jockey club, and the site of the first Louis Vuitton boutique, not to mention the meeting place of countless artists and celebrities. Nowadays this classic property features gorgeous rooms and suites designed to resemble the rooms inside a Haussmannian residence  with décor and furnishings reflecting bygone times.

The charming Café Scribe was lovingly redesigned in 2019 and in the day time, guests can enjoy pastries and sweet treats alongside an impressive selection of coffee and tea while in the evening, mixologists liven up the space making tantalising cocktails which are served alongside small plates of inviting tapas.

The delicate Le Lumiere restaurant also serves fine gastronomy for those in search of a culinary experience. A new wellness area features beauty and skincare treatments alongside a choice of massages.

Meanwhile, event profs will be pleased to note the plethora of spaces which can host small gatherings through to gala events for up to 300 guests.

Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opera will be attending inVOYAGE 2020 on 4-7 October.
