Experience This: Seven Fires at Chateau La Coste

Think of chateaux in Provence and none could be dreamier than the gorgeous Chateau La Coste. Set between the striking Luberon Natural Park and vibrant Aix-en-Provence, the chateau is surrounded by a 200-hectare vineyard and has rapidly become a destination for travellers in search of fine wine, art, architecture and well-being.

Visitors can stay on the hillside, in the Villa La Coste, which boasts 28 suites, ten of which include their own private pool. This is the perfect Provencal hideaway, with terraces overlooking the Luberon, a range of indoor and outdoor dining areas plus poolside gardens, a bar, a library and the most inviting spa.

Groups can spend the day exploring the vineyard before settling down to a Siete Fuegos, or Seven Fires, event in the evening. Showcasing Francis Mallmann’s open-flame cooking techniques, these outdoor culinary events have been inspired by everything from Argentine gauchos to European migrations, and include seasonal produce fresh from the kitchen gardens and the surrounding land.

These memorable meals include flavoursome slow-grilled ribeye and cast-iron baked salt-encrusted salmon, with grilled seasonal fruits – all washed down with exceptional Château La Coste wines.

Come and meet with Château La Coste at inVOYAGE 2019 in Monaco on 6-9 October.
