Sneak Peak of What to Expect at inVOYAGE Lucerne

With just a few short weeks until our Lucerne event, we wanted to share a sneak preview of what's in store for our inVOYAGER’s this March. With the support of our partners at the award-winning Bürgenstock Resort and Lucerne Tourism, we’ve created an unforgettable programme that will serve all of your meetings needs and more.

inVOYAGE in Lucerne will be our eighth edition and will bring some of the world’s finest luxury brands together with high-end senior level event planners. Our luxury travel partners include directors and managers from around the globe including Lorandus, Dior, Mazani, Initia First Class, Söster, Shell, Czerlonka, ITA Group and many more.

We’re also delighted to welcome a host of luxury event professionals from hotel groups, individual hotels and DMCs including ATP DMC, Evian Resort, Terre Blanche, YES Hotels, Corinthia Hotels, Amstar DMC, Britannia Hotel, 7 Pines International, Bucher Travel DMC, Nobu Portman Square and Mandarin Oriental Emirates Palace.

On day one we welcome our inVOYAGERS to Lucerne and the super-luxe Bürgenstock Resort with an evening welcome reception at Salon1903 to break the ice and kick-off the programme in Switzerland.

The next day, following our keynote, one-to-one meetings and networking sessions, we’ll head off to the snowy Titlis Mountains and Engelberg town where guests can choose from following a trail through the powdery white snow, and leaving their yeti-like mark with a Snowshoeing experience, or for those who like to live a little on the wild side, the TITLIS SnowXpark offers a fun, electric snowmobile experience.

And for those who prefer a little culture and wine, we have a tour of the local Benedictine monastery, founded in 1120 A.D, as part of the itinerary, where inVOYAGERs can learn more about the origins of Engelberg and partake in the Swiss art of cheese-making, before making our way over to the new luxury Kempinski Engelberg, where they can warm up with some wine and cheese tasting.

Monday evening will sport pre-dinner drinks on the fire pit terrace of the newly renovated Titlis Panorama Restaurant followed by dinner, featuring regional specialities, all whilst enjoying panoramic views of the glacier at 3020 metres above sea level.

The following day sees us tackling the opportunity of sustainability in events and more one-to-one meetings followed by an evening - our final night in Lucerne - descending from the Bürgenstock Hotel via the funicular and walking the red carpet to board the state-of-the-art hybrid-powered luxury ship, MS Diamant. Together we'll enjoy a stunning sunset cruise across Lake Lucerne while enjoying an evening of fine dining, music, drinks and entertainment.

We think this is an event is not one to be missed, so if you still haven’t applied and don’t want to miss out, be sure to apply now at https://www.invoyage.net/events/lucerne.

We can’t wait to see you all in Lucerne, 27-30 March 2022.
