1 year on from inVOYAGE Marbella, we take a back-stage tour of Puente Romano Beach Resort and all that’s happened since we brought inVOYAGE to their beach-side paradise, early last year. What’s new?

A busy year of transformations and new beginnings, Puente Romano Beach Resort has continued to set the standard high with their ambitious roll out of 5 prestigious new restaurants. Gaia:

Nestled in the heart of the resort, the beach resort’s newest addition GAIA invites guests to immerse themselves in a world of Greek-Mediterranean cuisine, masterfully curated by Chef Izu Ani and Chef Orestis Kotefas. The essence of home cooking shines through every dish, with a focus on fine ingredients and heart-warming flavours. Not to mention the restaurant’s signature Seafood Market, offering a splendid variety of fish and seafood straight from the seafront. Perfectly placed for intimate dinners and culinary workshops, get ready to experience the art of Mediterranean cooking firsthand.

Coya:

A testament to the spirit of adventure, COYA Marbella takes guests on a sensory journey through its innovative menus. Traditional Peruvian dishes are fused with Japanese, Chinese, and Spanish techniques, creating complex flavours presented with elegant simplicity. The COYA Marbella Pisco Bar, inspired by the oldest bars in Lima, offers a luxurious setting for any occasion, with a selection of signature homemade infusions, Peruvian classics, localized specials as well as an impressive line of guest DJs!

Cipriani:

Celicioso:

Puente Romano’s resident gluten-free restaurant, Celicioso ensures that dietary sensitivities never mean a sacrifice on flavour.
