Angama Mara to launch exclusive safari camp

The Masai Mara is a magical destination that deserves to be experienced by every intrepid traveller and lover of wildlife.

The famous national reserve, widely renowned as the iconic destination for the Great Migration when a million wildebeest travel across the plains, is prime ‘Big Five’ territory and this July, a unique mobile tented camp will offer an exclusive safari  experience in a remote area of the southwestern Mara Triangle.

Angama Mara, a  lodge overseen by experienced safari veteran Nicky Fitzgerald will unveil the Angama Safari Camp which will open seasonally to coincide with migration.

The camp will host candlelit dinners and campfire stories, evoking the spirit of the safari adventures of yesteryear, and guests can stay in one of the four tents, which sleep up to eight guests.

Inside, the tents will feature bedroom areas, a dressing room and a bathroom. Bookings are available until the end of September, with dates in October available on request.
