At inVOYAGE, we believe that the magic of our events isn’t just in the stunning locations or inspiring programmes, it’s in the incredible people who come together to forge those unforgettable connections. This year’s Mykonos showcase was no exception. From the vibrant shores of Latin America to the bustling cities of Asia, our inVOYAGERS brought their unique flare, insights, and passion for luxury events, making this gathering truly extraordinary.

In this special feature, we hear from a few of our inVOYAGERS, each representing a different corner of the world, about their time at inVOYAGE x Mykonos.


Alina Catrina - Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Resorts, Italy  

Like many, it was Alina’s first time at inVOYAGE as she represented one of Auberge Resorts Collection’s newest opening in Florence, Collegio alla Querce. We spoke to Alina about her time at inVOYAGE: 

“inVOYAGE had a great geographical mix, and a good quality of buyers. It’s a fantastic way to form long-lasting relationships so it’s very important for us to be here”. 


Ilana Orlansky - IPG Mediabrands, USA

Ilana, who was recommended to attend inVOYAGE by a friend, told us why she thinks inVOYAGE is important for her as a tool to build in-person connections:

“We’re just one hour into our first round of meetings and I already feel like I have a wealth of knowledge and new connections! For me personally, I don’t like to rely on sourcing companies or external opinions, I like being able to see, learn and hear from the suppliers themselves which is why attending events like these are so important.”


Nicola Holmes - XSEM, UK

We spoke to Nicola about her first experience with inVOYAGE and how that’s matched up with what her business was after:

“Sure, inVOYAGE pick beautiful destinations, like Mykonos, but most importantly it’s about making great connections with like-minded people. Here at inVOYAGE you’ve got great hotels, resorts and DMCs which is what we’re looking for in terms of our clients. It’s a good balance of free time, meetings and organic socialising.”


Patrick Berroya - Proske, Germany

We managed to catch up with Patrick, who last attend inVOYAGE x Oman ’23, and asked why he decided Mykonos was a good event for Proske:

“The most important part for me is the networking. I think inVOYAGE x Mykonos was great because it gave us the opportunity to meet new people in a group environment, whilst staying small and intimate. It was also important in understanding why Mykonos has become such a popular destination, so this has allowed me to get a feel of the Island, the Myconian Collection and the nightlife”.


Paul Geica - Trump Turnberry, Scotland

We caught up with Paul Gecia from Trump Turnberry, on what made him choose inVOYAGE x Mykonos as his first event:

“I thought the destination would bring the top buyers and I wasn’t wrong, the quality of buyers was very high, and they were carefully selected. I’ve had some really good meetings with a lot of potential for business. The mix of buyers are very well aligned with our target markets with potential ROI.”


Ronald Tan - Infinitum Financial Advisory, Singapore

We spoke to Ronald after his first day of meetings to see what he thought of his first inVOYAGE event:

“Every conversation feels like a fresh opportunity to explore new collaborations and innovative ideas. The energy is contagious, and everyone is so passionate. For me the diversity of attendees stood out the most, there’s a good blend of different sectors, it’s inspiring to see them all come together.”


Sergio Garcia - Ibiza Gran Hotel, Ibiza

We asked Sergio, from Ibiza Gran Hotel, about his experience at inVOYAGE x Mykonos as someone who’s attended multiple inVOYAGE events in the past few years:

“inVOYAGE has always been one of those events that promises and delivers. Buyers that attend come with business, and they put it on the table. I’ve had quite a few requests at my meetings which is a fantastic feeling when coming to an event like this.”


Vanessa Grebe - Shamwari Private Game Reserve, South Africa

Finally, we spoke to Shamwari Private Game Reserve’s Venessa Grebe about what opportunities have been presented to her during her time at inVOYAGE x Mykonos:

“The incentive market is something that we’re exploring and growing into so this was the perfect opportunity to make those connections. The meetings have been excellent, great quality and just a great energy between buyers and suppliers.”
